Get a beer, dude!

beer heavens

A while back a friend of mine found out about Getränke Grabsch. Craving for his Reissdorf, we went to this very lovely small store in Lichterfelde.

is another less wellknown part of Berlin. But just another district like , or (It’s not all about the Bergs!). Maybe less “in” and scenic. The Grabsch store is somewhat hidden, and I get lost each time I go there.

They are specializing in selling many different kinds of German beer. Primarily beer which you don’t get in the supermarket in Berlin. Lot’s of Bavarian flavours, and even for you funny people from Cologne who are living in exile here. :-) This store is very small and as much family business as you can fit into the term. The owner of the store is an expert when it comes to beers and always very puzzled when we tell him that we came all the way from Kreuzberg.

In der Schillerstrasse 103 in Charlottenburg, nähe U Deutsche Oper, gibt es einen ähnlichen Laden, “very small and as much family business as you can fit into the term” trifft auch auf ihn zu.
