Heute habe ich mal wieder das allseits beliebte Spiel “Parkplatzroulett” im Kiez gespielt. Gespielt wird täglich zwischen 18 und 24 Uhr auf dem Weg nach Hause.

I permitted myself the luxury to have a real Sunday today …. meaning that I did NOT work, at all, the entire day. As everybody who is self-employed probably knows, this is a real exception.
So what did I do? I went to the Modellbahnboerse (train model market) in the Freizeitforum Marzahn. Yes. It was great. Of course, 99% of the visitors were men and boys, but what can you expect on an event like this one. I bought 5 or 6 little model houses for no money at all and above all enjoyed being somewhere totally different from my own environment. The pictures are all from Marzahn.
Later I went to the flea market in Friedrichshain, a bit boring, but I bought a book with pictures of American graves and graveyards. interesting.
And had a pasta and a glass of wine in a tiny “Italian” (Turkish) restaurant, in some little forgotten street somewhere in Friedrichhain.
I have not enjoyed a Sunday this much in ages.
