Sometimes I wonder how those surveys are conducted. Maybe by bribing the author? Well, in any case, some people voted Berlin to be ranked #4 for the most courteous. Aside from all the love for Berlin, but people, who did you get in touch with for this? I can’t really relate.

And the New Yorkers seem to do even better. Vienna is also on the list, but for example I would have expected them to do better than us. And Manila was featured to be Asia’s most courteous, congrats to them. London & Paris seem to be the taillights in this competition.
