    typical strategy…build up the desire until the public, frustrated by its inability to purchase, tears its hair out in madness. then release the product – so that consumers will rush to purchase it without thinking whether they actually ever needed or wanted it!

    Well, I think they were sold out after a day or so. Apple is pretty bad when it comes to availability.

    It’s evil.

    The long term strategy is also that despite all the coolness of the clip, people will get angry because they don’t have a display – and then they buy an nano or mini, or whatever there will be.

    no matter how I love Apple, I’ll never buy an iPod. For that money I could get something better.

    But I’d buy a macbook anytime anytime anytime babes !!

    I bought an iPod Mini (4 GB) for 70 bucks. Which is not bad of a deal, and it works, and I am happy. And I can really recommend it. ;-)

    Now I would never buy a “clip”…
