Wolf Biermann to become honorary citizen
Wolf Biermann received the Bundesverdienstkreuz on his 70th birthday last year (2006) at Schloss Bellevue in Berlin and now the city of Berlin wants to make him an honary citizen - that is once the senat voted about it.
