That’s what I call a campaign

Metro Ad

I’d just like to take a moment and applaud who ever at BVG is responsible for this ad campaign because it cuts right through the crap and gets to the stuff people care about. In Los Angeles our transit system is largely crap. Well, it’s not really crap, but the people who run it are, which often makes the system itself suck. But they have campaigns that are like “save a dollar or two by riding the train” or “some other dumb ass unpersuasive slogan.” I don’t read German, but I can only assume this campaign is suggesting that if you ride the trams hot German girls will wish they were making out with you which convinced me the moment I saw it. Of course I’m a dude, maybe it’s directed at the ladies and tells them that there are hot guys on the tram they will want to make out with. Either way, that’s one hell of a selling point as far as I’m concerned. Nice work.

It’s an online service from BVG. When you see a guy/girl you like, you can try to leave him/her a message on the website. That’s cuz sometimes you find really cool people on the tram/u-bahn… so if you would like to know him/her (perhaps for a coffee :P) you have a chance… people are too shy :)

I guess the guy is ignoring her because he’s gay :)
