Ja, es ist wahr:
Nach dem enormen Erfolg des letzten Webmontags, der den Newthinking Store regelrecht aus den Nähten platzen ließ, gehts am Montag, 20. Februar, in die nächste Runde. Gleicher Ort, gleiche Zeit, neue Gesichter, neue Projekte die vorgestellt werden. Klingt gut, ich bin auf jeden Fall mal wieder mit am Start.

Dear metbloggers, readers, internet evangelists.

I just stumbled again over an event called webmonday, held in november in cologne. it was an open door event for all people interessted in internet topics, especially web2.0. and of course it was an event to meet and talk to people whose blog you read often maybe, but never met in reality before.

so why not do something similar in berlin? i’m not just thinking about all of us metrobloggers but also johnny spreeblick and markus angermeier for example. i would recommend january 9th or january 16th 2005.

Is anyone interessted? Leave a comment or discuss in the wiki. i’d really enjoy to meet some of you folks.

Blinkenlights back in town

Whoever missed it the last times: Blinkenlights, a CCC powered light installation at the “Haus des Lehrers” at Alexanderplatz ist back.

During the night, a constantly growing number of animations could be seen. But there was an interactive component as well: you were able to play the old arcade classic Pong on the building using your mobile phone and you could place your own loveletters on the screen as well.

It’s really amazing: One week after some serious onset of winter, we are once again close to 20 degrees air temp. And the effect? I have to put my just bought winter jacket back into my wardrobe and pull out my bermudas. Cool! er… hot ;)
