If you’re in the city in August or early September, make sure to check out Urban Affairs.
+++ ATM likes to invite you to URBAN AFFAIRS – probably the biggest streetart groupshows this year in Germany with about 45 different artists from all over the world! ATM is proud to be a partner of this event and likes to show you new works of participating ATM Artists BIMER, EMESS and BONK!
URBAN AFFAIRS , Brauerei Friedrichshöhe, Landsberger Alle 54, Berlin-Friedrichshain 05.07.08 – 05.09.08, Di-Do 14:00-20:00, Fr-So 15:00-23:00, www.urbanaffairs.de +++
This picture is from the backside of Friedrichstraße, I took this series of pictures last year on a early Sunday morning (it was summer :-)) after shopping at supermarket at Friedrichstraße. And since I just figured out the other week how to do nifty photomerges, here is the result.
I haven’t checked recently on the progress of the construction site, but the rooftop et all should be gone by now.
Since I’ve been addicted to merging many pictures, allow me to plug my other stitches.
Went to ATM maybe 2 weeks ago on a weekend, widnessed awesomeness by Bimer and had an interesting chat with Mark (owner of ATM-Berlin gallery, which was opened in Dezember 2007 (if I remember correctly)) about art, streetart and life in general.
So I suggest you go there to check out Bimer and have Mark put you on some list because they plan on having this kind of exhibition more often.
More impressions from Bimer’s exhibition at ATM-Berlin are to be found in my Flickr set.
Found this in a door entrance at Oranienstraße, which overall is a very artsy space. If you dig, check this link for more from that day.
An interesting video (only in German though) at SPON:
