The RadAmbulanz can fix tubes, tires, brakes or whatever else ails your mighty steed. The cost of the house call begins at € 5 with the Ringbahn (parts and labor extra) and if you find yourself down and out in Köpenick it will set you back € 15 (you can find the pricelist by Postleitzahl here). A small price to pay so that you can ride happily off into the sunset!
